Our personalized, 1-on-1 yoga sessions offered in the privacy of your own home are tailored to your experience level, interests and physical needs.  Our sess
ions are taught by a certified yoga instructor who is also a licensed Physical Therapist, with a wealth of experience in training and rehabilitation, so your safety is always top of mind.
